Cancellation and Rescheduling

1. Submitted request versus confirmed appointment

The internal request number confirms that the form was received. A Tattoo or Piercing appointment exists only after the team explicitly confirms the date, time, location, service and relevant conditions.

2. Tattoo appointments

Tattoo projects may require assessment of the idea, placement, size, style, artist and time. A material change may require a new estimate or a different slot.

3. Piercing appointments

A Piercing appointment depends on the service, location, conditions applicable to the client and availability. Changing the service or jewellery may change the confirmed time and price.

4. Deposit

Where requested, the amount and conditions of the deposit are communicated in writing before confirmation. The public configuration does not contain a single amount or universal rule validated for every situation.

5. Rescheduling and cancellation

Contact the team as early as possible. The specific notice period and effect on a deposit are those communicated in the confirmation message. If the message does not state a rule, request clarification before payment. The website does not publish an unverified number of hours or days.

6. Lateness

Notify the team as soon as you know you will be late. Depending on the remaining time and safety of the procedure, the session may continue, be adapted or require rescheduling. No unverified fixed grace period is published.

7. No-show

A no-show prevents the reserved slot from being used. Any effect on the deposit or a future booking applies only under the conditions communicated and accepted for that appointment.

8. Project changes

Changing the concept, size, placement, style, artist or service may require a new assessment, price or date. Inform the team before the appointment, not at the time of the procedure.

9. When the studio reschedules

The studio may propose rescheduling for safety or health reasons, objective artist or piercer unavailability, technical problems or circumstances that prevent correct execution. The team will communicate the available options directly.

10. Rules requiring owner validation

The standard deposit amount, general cancellation/rescheduling notice and financial no-show policy are not consistently confirmed in the current content or configuration. Until validated, only the conditions communicated individually in writing apply.
