GDPR Rights

1. Your rights

Subject to Regulation (EU) 2016/679, you may request information and access, correction of inaccurate data, erasure where the legal conditions are met, restriction, objection, portability where applicable and withdrawal of consent without affecting earlier lawful processing.

2. How to submit a request

Send the request to the legal email shown under “Operator details”. State the right you wish to exercise and enough information to identify the request or appointment. To protect the data, we may ask for reasonable identity verification.

3. Review and response

The request is reviewed within the period required by applicable law. If it is complex or there are several requests, the period may be extended under the GDPR, with notice to the data subject.

4. Legal limits

Some rights are not absolute. Data may be retained where there is a legal obligation, a need to defend rights, a public interest or another basis permitted by law. In such a case, the operator will explain the applicable response.

5. Complaint to the supervisory authority

If you believe your data is not processed correctly, you may contact the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing at www.dataprotection.ro.
