1. Cookies and similar technologies

Cookies are small files stored by the browser. The website also uses localStorage or sessionStorage, which retain certain preferences locally without automatically sending their contents to the server with every request.

2. Essential technologies observed

• Polylang: the pll_language cookie remembers the selected language, normally for up to one year.
• WordPress: authentication and administration cookies are used only for users who sign in to wp-admin; technical security or session cookies may also be used.
• Cookie notice: the notice choice is stored locally under the badass_consent_v2 key.

3. Form progress

The smart form uses sessionStorage to keep temporary progress and non-sensitive values between steps. Data remains in the tab session and is removed after a successful submit or when the browser session ends, according to sessionStorage behaviour.

4. Analytics and marketing

Google Analytics 4 measures visits only after “Allow analytics” or “Accept all”. Google Ads (through Google Tag and Google Tag Manager), Meta Pixel and TikTok Pixel load only after “Accept all”, to measure advertising and contact actions. These scripts are not loaded before a choice or after “Essential only”. Measurement is disabled on the local development site and for signed-in users.

These services may process online identifiers, IP addresses, device information and visited pages according to their privacy policies: Google, Meta and TikTok. Our WhatsApp conversion code does not send message text, names, email addresses or form entries.

5. Google Maps

Maps are not loaded globally. A Google Maps iframe is created only after the user presses the map load button. From that point, Google may use cookies or similar technologies under its own terms.

6. YouTube and other embeds

The course page includes YouTube clips loaded when their section approaches the viewport, through youtube-nocookie.com. These players are separate from Analytics/Ads tags and may send technical information to YouTube when loaded or used. Plain Instagram, Facebook and TikTok links do not embed a feed.

7. Controlling preferences

Choose “Essential only”, “Allow analytics” or “Accept all”. Your choice is saved in localStorage under badass_consent_v2 for up to 180 days. Automatic banner dismissal is not treated as permission. Reopen “Cookie settings” in the footer of any page to change or withdraw consent. The page reloads to unload previously loaded vendors; measurement cookies accessible to this site are cleared. External providers’ cookies can be cleared in your browser settings.

8. Updates

This document is updated when new services, embeds, analytics or consent mechanisms are activated.
