1. Role of the website

The Badass Tattoo website presents the studios, portfolio, Tattoo and Piercing services, aftercare information and ways to submit an enquiry. Public content is for presentation and guidance. Sending a form, email or WhatsApp message does not automatically create a confirmed appointment.

2. Services, estimates and final price

An initial estimate may be indicative. The final price depends on the project, complexity, size, placement, time, artist, location, consumables and, for Piercing, the confirmed service and jewellery. The applicable price is the one communicated and accepted as part of the actual confirmation, once the team has the information it needs.

3. From request to appointment

A request becomes an appointment only after the team explicitly confirms the service, location, date, time and relevant conditions. Automated messages or the internal request number confirm receipt of the data, not the reservation of a time slot.

4. Deposit

A deposit may be requested for certain projects. Its value, payment method, purpose and applicable conditions must be communicated in writing before the appointment is confirmed. The website does not publish a fixed amount or universal rule because these have not been validated for every service and project.

5. Cancellation, rescheduling, lateness and no-show

Clients should notify the team as early as possible when they cannot attend. The specific rescheduling notice and the effect on any deposit are those communicated with the appointment confirmation. Lateness may require a shorter session, postponement or rescheduling when the remaining time or safety conditions do not allow the procedure to be completed properly. A no-show is handled under the conditions confirmed for that appointment.

6. Refusal or postponement. Minors

The studio may refuse or postpone a procedure for reasons concerning safety, hygiene, physical condition, consent, legality, technical feasibility, insufficient time or missing relevant information. For minors, the team confirms the applicable conditions in advance and whether a parent or legal guardian must be present or provide approval. The website does not publish one unverified age threshold for every procedure.

7. Information supplied by the client

The client must provide accurate and sufficient information about the project, placement, existing tattoo, references and any situation relevant to the assessment. Reference material helps define a direction and does not promise copying. The client confirms that they may lawfully submit the uploaded photographs and materials.

8. Project changes

A material change of concept, size, placement, style or service may require a new assessment, different timing, artist, price or appointment. The team communicates the impact before the procedure.

9. Intellectual property

The website text, photography, video, visual identity, graphics and editorial selection are protected by applicable law. Commercial copying or use without permission is not allowed. Rights in material supplied by the client remain governed by the rights of their respective owners.

10. General information and limitation of liability

Website information, including aftercare, does not replace an individual assessment, instructions received in the studio or medical assistance when needed. The team aims to keep information accurate, but commercial details and availability must be confirmed directly.

11. Applicable law and disputes

The relationship is governed by Romanian law and applicable European Union rules. For any concern, we recommend contacting the operator shown below first. Consumers may also use the ANPC/ADR mechanisms presented on the dedicated page, without affecting their right to apply to the competent courts.
